I already have an accountant. Can you still handle my bookkeeping?

Yes, indeed! The majority of our customers have a separate accountant for tax and yearly filings. We collaborate seamlessly with your accountant to enhance your back-office financial functions

Will you file my taxes?

We focus on comprehensive bookkeeping to support your accountant in filing taxes. While we don't routinely file taxes, we collaborate closely with your accountant, ensuring they have all the necessary, up-to-date information for timely filings. Are there any onboarding or one-time fees when I sign up to Pinvo?

If you are already using Xero, there are no onboarding or one-time fees for Pinvo. For non-Xero users, please reach out to a member of the team to discuss your options. Get in touch here,

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Absolutely. We believe in the value Pinvo brings to your business and never lock you in. Cancelling your subscription is hassle-free, requiring just a 30-day notice. While we'll be sad to see you go, there are no penalties for cancellation. Your data is stored in Xero, ensuring a smooth transition without the need for any CSVs or Excel exports. We prioritise your freedom to choose!
